Antique Hankscraft Blue Ceramic Baby Food Warming Dish Clown 1930's.
This segmented baby bowl allowed for warming when hot water poured inside.  The head lifts off to reveal filling hole.  Marked on the bottom "Hankscraft".  No mentionable issues such as chips, breaks, crazing, etc.
