    Description

    This is a nice find. It is an original 1944 issue USAAF Type A-11 Intermediate leather flying helmet. Helmet is in very good overall condition. Leather is soft and supple. Original label indicates this is a size medium. Chin strap assembly is complete and functional. Factory applied oxygen mask snaps. The A-11 was a favored flying helmet
    for Fighter Pilots.This helmet is a nice example of the A-11 Intermediate flying helmet. Great size and condition. All items sold are 100% guaranteed.
