Live event was held at Book Review in Huntington, NY on August 7, 2004. Book was signed in-person. It has never been read and in very clean original condition - it's been on a shelf, out of direct sunlight. I'm including various information and clippings from Newsday about the event as well as the pink instruction sheet from Book Review and a souvenir ticket for a free Bubba Burger which was offered by a local hamburger joint.
