PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) longboard sandpaper or 2 3/4" wide production PSA longboard sandpaper on small rolls.   Use a scissors to cut sandpaper to proper length.  Blocks are 5 1/2" long and 11" long.  Cutting a standard 16 1/2" sheet of sandpaper 11" long will leave a 5 1/2" scrap for the smaller blocks in the kit.
Includes SEVEN PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SANDING BLOCKS and one PROFESSIONAL QUALITY SANDING PAD made of professional quality closed cell rubber blend, gray in color & two hand sanding pads, one black in color and one blue-black.   [NOTE THIS KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY SANDPAPER!]
We source our material from Ensolite Corporation.  This rubber compound has been widely used as high impact closed cell rubber padding in professional football helmets.  It is professional quality, extremely light weight, stiff, and durable.  (Note, some pictures show sandpaper for demonstration only.  Kit only includes sandpaper listed in Item Description.
This unique rubber material is just the right stiffness and can be flexed by hand to sand contours on automobiles.  It tends to stay flexed or can be flattened.  It is also an excellent tool to sand wood, painted surfaces, and repair sheetrock.
Kit includes one Longboard Sanding Block 1" Thick x 2 3/4" Wide x 11" Long, this block uses standard auto body longboard pressure sensitive adhesive sandpaper.
Kit includes one WRAP-IT Sanding Block 1" Thick x 2 " Wide x 11" Long, this block uses standard auto body longboard pressure sensitive adhesive sandpaper wrapped half way around the block, or you can use standard sheets of sandpaper 9" x 11" torn in half wrapped around the block.
Kit also includes One Half-Size Longboard Sanding Block.  This block is our CROSS-CUT Sanding Block with slits cut in both directions.  The slits make the block flexible for sanding curved surfaces and contours.  The block is
1" Thick x 2 3/4" Wide x 7 3/4" Long. this block uses a standard auto body longboard  pressure sensitive adhesive sandpaper.  To install the sandpaper, peel the adhesive paper and place the paper on the side of the block that is smooth without slits, place the block against the contour surface then wrap the sandpaper completely around the end of the block and across the opposite side with slits.  Now the block will hold the contour shape for UNIFORM CONTROLLED SANDING!!!

This block uses a standard auto body longboard  pressure sensitive adhesive sandpaper.  To install the sandpaper, peel the adhesive paper and place the paper on the side of the block that is smooth without slits, place the block against the contour surface then wrap the sandpaper completely around the end of the block and across the opposite side with slits.  Cut the extra sandpaper off.  Now the block will hold the contour shape for UNIFORM CONTROLLED SANDING!!!  This block also uses 1/3 of a standard sheet of longboard 16 1/2" long sandpaper.

1" Thick x 2" Wide x 11" Long.  This block uses PSA sandpaper 2 3/4" wide by 11" long, cut to length, or a standard 9" x 11" sheet of sandpaper wrapped around the block.

1" Thick x 1 3/4" Wide x 5 1/2" Long, this block uses 1/3 of a sheet of standard 2 3/4" wide by 16 1/2" long pressure sensitive adhesive auto body longboard sandpaper.
Kit also includes three hand sanding blocks. The gray one is 1/2" thick and is firm.  The black one is 3/8" thick and is medium, feels soft when squeezed.  Both of these blocks accept 2 3/4" wide x 5 1/2" long PSA sandpaper, or tear a standard sheet of 9" x 11" sandpaper in half 5 1/2" x 9".  Wrap the half sheet around either block.  The
blue-black sanding block is 3/4" thick x 2 1/2" wide x 5 1/2" long, for use with half a sheet of sandpaper, tear a standard sheet of sandpaper into two 5 1/2" x 9" sheets.
This is our low price kit and DOES NOT INCLUDE any Pressure Sensitive PSA sandpaper, 2 3/4" wide by 16 1/2" long, longboard sandpaper.  We recommend 36 grit or 40 grit coarse  & 80 grit medium.  Always select open coat abrasives that can be unloaded if clogged by whacking the face of the sandpaper with a thin wire rod such as a coat hanger or small wooden paint stick or rod.  PSA sandpaper is also available in small rolls of abrasive, cut  abrasive to length with a scissors.
