Laughlin Art China "White Pets" Bread Tray (Ca: 1902)

Description

This white china bread tray measures 13" x 8" x 2". "White Pets" is an early giftware line that is becoming more and more difficult to find. I have displayed this tray in my china cabinet for over 40 years. (Can't remember if this originally came from my family or if I may have run across it at a sale somewhere???) You will find
some expected age appropriate crazing and one bottom edge shallow rim chip. The last two pictures show the chip (enlarged) from both back and front views. When you examine the photos notice the insignificant white glaze specks in the darker background near the bird's heads.
