    Description

    This is an early set of Luxor No. 6 flying goggles. Maker marked by E.B. Meyrowitz. The goggles are a work of art. During the period these were made, most of the work was labor intensive and done by hand. These are of the highest quality you will find. The early versions had the fish eye lenses that were ground and polished glass with a bug eye type lens. The fish eye lenses were discontinued due to the cost of making them. Goggles are in very good condition and still retain the original pads that are usually missing from most. Pads are securely attached with no separation from the frames. Original goggle strap is in very good condition and is maker marked with a label. Comes in the original aluminum Luxor goggle case. Incredible find for being almost 100 years old. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
