Cinequipt is a full service production equipment rental & sales company that was established in 1970. Our inventory includes: Arri, RED, Canon, Panasonic & Sony cameras; Canon & Sony HDSLR's; 1 to 4 Ton grip trucks; an on-site studio; camera dollies; generators; and a deep inventory of camera lenses, support, video, and lighting and grip equipment. On eBay, we're offering surplus from our rental inventory as well as odds & ends from our sales inventory.
Pickup welcome at our Minneapolis, MN facility on all items.
A.   Cinequipt makes use of recycled packing materials and boxes in an effort to take better care of our environment. Your order may arrived packaged this way.
B.   We'll gladly combine shipments of multiple items to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.
C.   We must be notified of all shipping damages within 24 hours of you receiving the shipment. Once you notify us we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf and provide you with instructions on anything that you may need to do. If the claim is approved by the shipping company, we will issue a payment to you in the amount of the settlement within 24 hours of our receipt of the settlement from the shipping company. The claims process usually takes 30 days or less but can take up to 90 days depending on the carrier.
A.   If you are planning to purchase multiple items that end within 48 hours of each other and wish to combine shipping, please wait until all of the items have ended before you complete the checkout so we can combine your shipping charges to save you money.
B.   All payments must be received within 7 days of the auction end or the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be posted.
C.   We accept PayPal or you can call us during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm Central time Monday through Friday to use your American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa cards.
D.   All Minnesota buyers are required to pay sales taxes which will be added at checkout.
All used items are sold as is, but are guaranteed to function as described. Returns will only be accepted if we are notified through eBay within 48 hours of arrival of the product with your reason that you would like to make a return. We will send you an RMA number that must be included on the outside of the package in order for us to accept the item from the shipper. All returns must be sent prepaid at your expense (via the same or equal service that they were sent to you) within 2 business days of us sending you the RMA number. All returned items are subject to inspection upon return to verify that they are in the same condition as they were shipped to you with no additional scratches, dents, stains, etc. and with all tags, literature & instructions returned that were included. If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge to cover our eBay and payment expenses. If the item that you wish to return had free shipping included in the purchase price, your refund will have shipping charges deducted in addition to the restocking fee
