    Description

    This listing is for an original WW2 M1 Helmet with a likely Korean War repaint. As you can see it has a very nice 15th Infantry Regiment emblem that was painted on during the era, along with an officers bar (looks like a gold 2nd Lt bar painted over with a white 1st Lt bar). On the inside the initials R.F.M. are painted clearly. You can also find the outline of the tape that the soldiers used to fasten the burlap to their helmets during Korea in numerous spots on the inside.
