All Original WWII US Army Officer's Winter Service Visor Cap or Hat w/Brown Leather Brim & Brown Wool  Cover - Size 7 1/8 - Very Nice Condition
Up for sale is an All Original WWII US Army Officer's Winter Service Visor Cap or Hat with Brown Leather Brim.  This example has the Early Brown Wool Cover.  The hat is used, see photo's for Condition.  It has the leather brim and leather strap.  It also has the US Army Emblem
on the front.  No mothing, no holes or tears in the cap.  No manufacturer label in the cap.  Tag shows size at a 7 1/8.  The leather sweat band is intact.  This is a very nice cap.
This cap was worn with the Service Uniform until 1941.  It was then officially replaced by the Garrison Cap or Overseas Cap, but was often retained or privately purchased for passes and furloughs.
This is a Nice Original WWII US Army Officer's Service Cap in All Original Condition.
