  • Condition: WWII WW2 US Army 101st Airborne M2 Front Seam D Bale Para Helmet 591A Stamp Name. Has D-Bale for Airborne troops. Stamped 591A on front rim as shown. Helmet has McDaniels painted inside helmet on one side and M-7214 HQ Bn. on other side as shown. Has 502nd PIR 101st Airborne heart insignia on each side as shown as well as horizontal stripe on back and Corporal rank on front. Not sure if paint is original or added later. Helmet has one vertical crack visible on inside back of helmet as shown. Helmet itself is dimpled on dome. Liner marked Firestone. Has paratrooper A straps and chin strap as shown, but A straps are OD green, so liner likely put together after the fact. Includes net with drawstring that has some holes. Net has left ghosting pattern on helmet. See photos.
